Rules and Restrictions

By participating in the Fence Rental Service Program, a Direct Rental Service LLC and purchasing our service, you agree to the full rules and regulations stated below.

Delivery and Pickup Times

Every effort will be made to deliver and pickup within 8 hours of the day of delivery or pickup, Monday through Friday. However, due to inclement weather, traffic conditions or mechanical breakdowns, delivery times or dates could vary. We will promptly contact you if there are delays in delivery or pickup. If you need the unit at a specific time, we highly recommend you request delivery for the previous day.

Please note that we do not have specific pickup times, only scheduled days. Our trucks are scheduled to pick up units for every customer on a scheduled day on a specific route, and if miss one we will correct this as soon as possible. And if your scheduled pickup day fell on a holiday, your pickup might be scheduled for the following day.

Equipment Care

The equipment furnished hereunder by Direct Rental Service LLC shall remain the property of Fence Rental Service, however, customer acknowledges that it has care, custody and control of the equipment while at the customer’s location and accepts responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipment (except for normal wear and tear or for loss or damage resulting from Fence Rental Service handling of the equipment) and for its contents. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Direct Rental Service LLC against all claims, damages, suits, penalties, fines and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property arising out of customer’s use, operation or possession of the equipment.


Customer shall inspect the Fence within twenty-four (24) hours of completed installation and immediately notify Direct Rental Service LLC in writing of any objection to or defect in the fence. The customer’s failure to do so shall constitute an acceptance of the fence “as is” and an acknowledgement that the fence is in good repair and in a safe usable condition. Upon timely receipt of notice of legitimate objection or defect, Direct Rental Service LLC shall, within a reasonable time address the problem.


Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled delivery/pickup date. Failure to do so may result in additional trip charges.


Fence Rental Service cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer driveways, sprinkler systems, curbs, lawns or walks, and wells. It is the customer’s responsibility to make Fence Rental Service aware of any underground utilities which might be affected.

Excused Performance

Neither party hereto shall be liable for its failure to perform or delay performance hereunder due to circumstances or the significant threat of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, whether foreseeable or not, including, but not limited to strikes, labor trouble, riots, compliance with laws or government orders, acts of war or terrorism, inability to access, fires, and acts of god and such failure shall not constitute a default under this Agreement.

Attorney Fees

In the event of breach of the Agreement by either party, the breaching party shall pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of the other party incident to any action brought to enforce this Agreement. In the event customer fails to pay Direct Rental Service LLC all amounts which become due under this agreement, customer agrees to pay, in addition to the amount due, any and all costs incurred by Direct Rental Service LLC as a result of such failure to pay, and including to the extent permitted by law, reasonable attorney fees.

Charges and Payment

Customer shall pay Fence Rental Service for cancellation fee, Trip charges that were not prepaid by customer, in accordance with the schedule of charges.


Cancellations or changes made 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the scheduled service date are subjected to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the scheduled delivery date may result in no refunds.

Customer Contract

If the requested service needs to be canceled, the customer needs to indicate the cancellation request in writing via email. Customer is responsible for the full amount on any invoice not returned with a written request for cancellation.


All refunds, compensation, and/or credit requests must occur within 30 days of service completion. Any refunds issued will be at the sole discretion of Fence Rental Service.
